Resurrection

One of my favourite subjects in my work is rebirth. The idea that at any point, despite how old you are, what is going on with your life or how trapped you may feel, it is never too late for a Resurrection and New Beginning.

The great comeback is not just the domain of the sports world; it can be seen in all aspects of life. It is the inability to stay down despite all the odds. It is the little voice in your head that keeps driving you through the closed minds and negativity of others.

Many times, even those closest to you, will doubt that you can comeback from adversity. It is at this time that the very act of transformation empowers others and encourages them to question what is possible and in doing so lead themselves to personal greatness.  Anyone that can come back from the brink is typically admired and respected forever by those in their community.

The act of rebirth is not an easy one as it usually requires a time of great pain. This doesn’t have to be in the form of nails being impaled in to hands, but it can be the uncomfortable admission that you have been living life in an incorrect manner. The acknowledgement that you have been wrong in thoughts or deeds, is one of the hardest things to do and the ultimately the  most liberating. A person, who admits they were wrong, instantly opens up a new world of possibilities. Many people will try to bring up your past ways of seeing and acting, but do not be drawn into discussions of the past, for it will not serve you in any way . Who you are this very second is the only thing that should concern you .

So, is now not the time for you to throw off your mental chains and live again?

They say you shouldn’t reinvent the wheel, I say why not ?
